Prishtinë, Dec 14, 2005 – Albania’s Parliament Speaker, Jozefina Topalli said on Tuesday in Prishtina that her country supports Kosovo’s independence and that Albania will play an active role in the process of resolving of Kosovo’s future.
“Our message is a message of support, of an active Albania for resolving of final status of Kosovo, which is independence,” Topalli said upon her arrival at the Airport of Pristina yesterday.
Topalli came for a two day visit at the invitation of her counterpart Nexhat Daci.
This is her first visit to Kosovo. “This is a special moment for me,” she added.
