Kosovo officials and the Swiss Ambassador in Prishtina signed an agreement for the construction of new power station in Gjilan.
This agreement includes a donation of 10.2 million Swiss Francs to improve the power network in the east of Kosovo.
“We are dealing with an important project for the rehabilitation of infrastructure in the energy sector in Gjilan” said Kosovar Minister of Energy.
Meanwhile, Swiss Ambassador in Prishtina, Lukas Berliger said that this project is a continuation of the Swiss government’s efforts to contribute to the improvement of infrastructure, but also services in the field of energy and water in Kosovo.
