A delegation from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development led by Manish Vasistha and Alexandry Chirmiciu has visited Kosovo. This was the first visit of a delegation from the EBRD after Kosovos acceptance into this international financial institution.
During a meeting with the Minister of Infrastructure, Fehmi Mujota, the EBRD delegation was informed about the activities and projects of the Ministry of Infrastructure. The Minister presented them a number of infrastructure projects, including the construction of highways, road construction, expansion and modernization of the railway network in Kosovo as well as a number of other projects of this ministry.
EBRD representatives vowed to review all projects and the infrastructure needs of Kosovo.
The parties agreed to expand their cooperation in all directions in order to gain more support from EBRD in the infrastructure and economic development of the country.
