The authorities of Albania, on Friday, have opened the second side of the tunnel in Kalimash, reducing for half an hour the travel from Kosovo to the Adriatic Sea and completing the highway.
With the opening of the second tunnel, the Turkish-American company Bechtel-Enka completed its contract after three years of work and moved to Kosovo, to continue with the construction of the highway in the Kosovar side.
