ASSESSMENT OF JOB MATCHING SERVICE MARKET IN KOSOVO AND REGION

The project that was financed by Swiss Development Cooperation, assessed job matching service market in Kosovo and the region.

The services provided include:

• Assessing the private job-matching services in Kosovo (market position, performance, service provision, business model)
• Analyzing the regional job-matching service provision in the region (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia, Croatia, Bulgaria)
• Conducting a mapping of job-matching service providers
• Implementing direct interviews with the main JMS players
• Preparing a final report with assessment findings
