The prestigious magazine on financial markets, ‘Euromoney’ has given ProCredit Bank the award as ‘Best Bank in Kosovo 2012 ” for excellence in bank performance. The award is based on the quality of services, innovative practices as well as high financial results.
Euromoney awards, provided to leading banks and financial institutions in more than 100 countries, are considered among the most prestigious awards in the banking industry . This year, for the third consecutive year, Euromoney announced ProCredit Bank as the best bank in Kosovo.
“Our banking operations adhere to a set of principles such as transparency in communicating with customers, not promoting consumer loans, services based in genuine financial analysis and an understanding of the situation of each client,” said the General Director of ProCredit Bank Kosovo, Ilir Aliu.
ProCredit Bank estimates that this award goes to show the achieved standards in Kosovo’s banking industry and the stability of the financial system in the country.
