Prishtina, 24 January 2007 – By the end of the month Kasabank is expected to reach an agreement with the Slovenian bank Nova Ljubljanska Banka on selling 51% of its shares.
Milazim Abazi, Director of Kasabank confirmed this to a Kosovar newspaper, without providing any further details. “I can not say more on this issue, because the negotiations are at the final stage,” said Abazi. “We will provide you with more details once the agreement is finalized.”
