Prishtina, 20 April 2007 – The Ministry of Energy and Mining announced that the World Bank gave green light to the Steering Committee to start negotiations for contracts of legal and transaction advisors. According to MEM, they expect the same for the environmental and social advisors. “Signing these contracts for consultancy services will start the preparation for the tendering documentation for selection of the investor which will develop the project of building the Power Plant Kosovo C,” reads on MEM announcement.
