Prishtina, 14 December 2006 – KTA announced the results of the second round of special spin-off bidding, for the NewCos NBI
Suhareka, NewCos IMK Pipe Factory and NewCos “Mulliri” Bread Factory Ferizaj. This was the second and final round of bidding.
NBI Suhareka was sold for over €4.175 million, Mulliri for €568,750, the Pipe Factory was sold €3.657 million. For all special spin-off sales the approval by the KTA Board will be needed.
