Prishtinë, Apr 5, 2006 – The Government of Kosovo will announce on Thursday the tender for selecting the consulting company, which will set terms of reference for the companies that will participate in the second mobile operator tender.
Ulpiana Lama, spokesperson for the Government said that it is the responsibility of the Government to assure on whether all conditions have been created, and avoid repetition of the history.
The tender on the consulting company will last 45 days, whereas Kosovo could have its second mobile operator within 5-6 months.
