Prishtina, 17 August 2007 – Kosovo Railways have issued a press release informing that the transport of ore for Ferronikeli will begin today. The train will pass along Magure – Prishtina Airport – Fushe Kosova – Bardh – Drenas and vice-versa.
As reported, representatives of Ferronikeli have informed that the railways will transport one million ton of ore annually. From the transport, the Kosovo Railways will be collecting some € 2 million.
The contract signed between Ferronikeli and the Railways is valid for five years.
