Kosovo Energy Company (KEK) to be privatised

Prishtina, KOSOVO – The Ministry of Energy and Mining of Kosovo (MEM) has announced that it will very soon offer KEK assets to concession The first assets to be launched for the potential investors are units A1 and A2 of Kosovo A power plant. This represents the first stage of the government plan to privatise KEK assets. The government plan foresees concession or privatisation of the production units and mines before announcing the winner for the new power plant “Kosovo C”.
