KBA invites Israelis to invest in Kosovo

Around 20 companies have lobbied Israeli businesses to invest in Kosovo. Led by the Kosovo Business Alliance (KBA), they were taking part in the “International forum of Albanian-Israeli business” held on June 28th and 29th in Tirana.

“KBA has invited Israeli businesses for a visit in Kosovo in order to showcase them the resources available to invest in, for which we have high needs, and which are decreasing yearly due to the political and economical problems the country is going through,” was said in an announcement by KBA.
Four states were present in the forum: Albania, Israel, Kosovo and Macedonia. The Prime Minister of Albania, Sali Berisha, as well as Deputy Prime Minister of Israel, Avigdor Lieberman, were also present.

The Kosovo delegation held many meetings with other delegations and businessmen in the forum and discussed the possibility of cooperation in various sectors such as agriculture, construction, agro business, trade and security.
