The Privatization Agency of Kosovo (AKP) launched on Friday the individual projects of privatization of the Socially Owned Enterprises “Onix – thermal resort ” and the Industrial Batteries Factory “Trepca” in Peja.
Interested investors will have 90 days within which they can receive their information about these two companies. After the pre-qualification of investors, the KPA will host an investors conference for these two companies.
The privatization of “Onix” ( a hot spring resort in Peja ) and the Industrial Batteries Factory “Trepca” will be conducted through the regular spin-off method.
Officials from the Privatization Agency said that investors will initially be prequalified and then selected based on the highest price offer. It was also announced that the tender for these two companies will be open.
