Prishtina, 10 July 2007 – The European Commission has issued a report on the European Charter for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) for the year 2007. According to the report, compared to the countries in the region, Kosovo has improved in facilitating the foundation of new small enterprises, their registration and the legislation in the sector.
Regarding legal infrastructure, Kosovo is the third after Croatia and Serbia to achieve improvements of legal infrastructure. The report states that regarding management skills, Kosovo is second in the region after Croatia and before FYR Macedonia.
