Prishtinë, – The Economic Initiative for Kosovo (ECIKS) has signed a cooperation agreeement with Kosovar Investment Promotion Agency (IPA).
The Agency works under the auspices of Kosovar Ministry for Trade and Industry.
The agreement was signed in Prishtina on 4 November 2005 by the president of ECIKS Mr. Kujtim Dobruna and the director of IPA, Mr. Ejup Fejza.
According to the agreement, ECIKS and IPA will cooperate in stimulating foreign investments in Kosovo. In the future, ECIKS and IPA will exchange information relevant for investment promotion, share information materials and will support each other’s projects in the field of investment marketing.
ECIKS has earlier signed similar agreements with Kosovar Chamber of Commerce and “Riinvest” Institute. In 2006 ECIKS plans to intensify its activities in promoting investments in Kosovo.
