The Economic Initiative for Kosovo, Institute for Danube Region and Central Europe (IDM) and the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Vienna are organizing a joint conference in Vienna about the current political and economic developments in Kosovo.
The purpose of the conference is to critically discuss actual political and economic issues in Kosovo. In addition, the conference will provide different viewpoints about these issues, including the Government of Kosovo, the civil society of Kosovo and the region as well as experts from the European Union.
High level representatives of the Kosovo Government are expected to address the participants. The conference will take place on 1 October 2009 in Vienna.
During August 2009 ECIKS will publish the program of the conference and will provide detailed information to all interested.
