Kosovo’s Minister of Economy and Finance, Ahmet Shala has invited foreign investors to Kosovo during the “U.S. Business Forum 2010″ and the “Balkan Leaders’ Summit 2010” held in New York.
Shala said that all government and public mechanisms support foreign investments in Kosovo.
During his visit in the United States Minister Shala met with senior representatives of US Government and representatives of other countries participating in the forum.
The Minister said that the Kosovo Government has been committed to support private investments in all sectors of the economy by avoiding any institutional or bureaucratic obstacles.
“U.S. Business Forum 2010” and “Balkan Leaders’ Summit 2010” aim to strengthen effective cooperation between the Western Balkan countries, as well as economic and trade ties between the United States and the region as well as assist the integration of the Western Balkans in the EU.
