The second phase of repairing and widening the road between the city of Prishtina and its International Airport has begun today. The new 4-lane road will be ready by the end of 2008. In this second phase, the project includes the segment from the town of Fushe Kosove to the village of Orllat, including Prishtina International Airport. The project costs are estimated at 33 million euros.
By the end of 2010, the new 4-lane road will connect the capital Prishtina and the city of Peja.
