2 September 2011 – Kosovo and Serbia may end the trade ban after an agreement on costum stamps was reached.
According to the agreements, Serbia will recognize stamps on documents that say “Kosovo Customs”.
The accord was reached in Brussels today where the two sides met under the EU auspices.
An EU statement said “as a result the mutual trade embargoes will be lifted. This is an important step in improving relations in the region and ensuring freedom of movement of goods in accordance with European values.”
