Prishtina, 4 May 2007 – Eight former managers of Kosovo’s “Banka Private e Biznesit” (BPB) were released on bail.
The eight accused got their right to defend in freedom after they paid the bail. They will also need to report to Kosovo Police Service each week and are forbidden to enter BPB facilities and contact with witnesses.
Defense lawyers, related to the hearing session, released a press briefing where they stressed that after hearing all involved parties, the judge concluded that the Special Public Prosecution did not provide enough evidence that relate the accused to a organization or criminal group with intention to commit penal acts.
