The Steering Committee for the power plant project “Kosova e Re” has examined the new developments in connection with the preparation of the Call for Proposals and the transaction structure for the new power plant “Kosova e Re”, after the removal of the existing power plant “Kosova B” from this project.
This committee is dedicated to finalize the Transaction documentation and publication of the Call for Proposals and draft Project Agreements by the end of March 2013.
The meeting of the Steering Committee was also attended by observers and other stakeholders involved in the process, such a World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, USAID, the European Union Office in Kosovo, KfW, KEK and KOSTT.
