Austrian Investors Day in Kosovo

Vienna – Prishtina, 6 June 2007 – Within the fact-finding mission of Austrian Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, from 10 to 12 June 2007, the Economic Initiative for Kosova (ECIKS) and the Investment Promotion Agency of Kosovo (IPAK) are organizing the Austrian Investors Day on 11 June 2007.

The event will take place in Hotel Grand in Prishtina, starting at 09:00 AM on 11 June 2007. Around 35 representatives of 21 Austrian companies will be participating in the event. Out of 21 participating companies, 18 were identified earlier as potential investors by ECIKS / IPAK office in Vienna and were invited to participate in the event.

Investment opportunities and the legal framework in Kosovo will be presented by representatives of Kosovar Instituions, including Mr. Bujar Dugolli, the Minister of Trade and Industry, Mr. Besim Beqaj, the President of Kosovar Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Ejup Fejza, CEO of IPAK, Mr. Kujtim Dobruna, the President of ECIKS, Mr. Ahmet Shala from the Kosovo Trust Agency, etc.
