Increasing business efficiency through facilitating the implementation and application of e-IDAS
This activity aims to address the digitalization barriers that Kosovo micro, small and medium enterprises face while doing business at national level and across borders. With this activity, ACCESS intends to facilitate the implementation and application of e-IDAS (Electronic Identification and Authentication System) by providing legal consultation to the Ministry of Economic Development and by conducting a Feasibility Study on the legal, technical, financial and institutional framework required for operating e-IDAS.
This activity is intended to facilitate systemic market changes by introducing the e-IDAS, thus enabling the online business registration at Kosovo Business Registration Agency based on the e-signature. Nonetheless, the activity aims at improving the overall business efficiency of public and private sector and enhancing the business enabling environment. It is expected that 200 MSMEs will benefit from e-signature-based business registration.
