The European Commission and the German Government are helping to improve the water supply system in Prishtina .
The fund consists of €11 million grant from the European Commission and a six million-euro loan offered by the Government of Germany through KfW.
Investments will concentrate on the repairing of pipes, the distribution network in some parts of the city and the rehabilitation of the water pumping plant in Badovc.
The project is a continuation of the previous €8 million grant by the German Government.
Economy and Finance Minister of Kosovo, Ahmet Shala said that this project will significantly improve water supply in Pristina.
