DAVOS
ECIKS is in Davos to closely follow the proceedings of the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF).
WEF’s mission is to improve the state of the world by engaging the foremost political, business and other leaders of society to influence global, regional and industry agendas.
Its activities are shaped by a unique institutional culture founded on the stakeholder theory, which asserts that an organization is accountable to all parts of society.
This year’s topic is „Creating a Shared Future in a Fractured World“ and discussions will take place over three days from January 23 to 26.
Discussions will revolve around political, economic and social topics and address prosperity, social cohesion, sustainable development and shared growth.
ECIKS seeks to draw lessons that are applicable to Balkans and the Kosovo region regarding new developments and expected political, economic and social challenges.
