The project that was financed by Swiss Development Cooperation, assessed job matching service market in Kosovo and the region.

The services provided include:

Assessing the private job-matching services in Kosovo (market position, performance, service provision, business model)
Analyzing the regional job-matching service provision in the region (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia, Croatia, Bulgaria)
Conducting a mapping of job-matching service providers
Implementing direct interviews with the main JMS players
Preparing a final report with assessment findings
