Prishtina, 5 march 2007 – “Mobilkom Austria” has filed a lawsuit against TRA at the Municipal Court of Pristina and Kosovo Supreme Court, requesting EUR 100 million as compensation for damages caused by tender procedures, reported Lajm.
The lawyer of Austrian company Bejtush Isufi reported that the charge was based on their complaint submitted to TRA several days ago, concerning irregularities in the second mobile telephony tender.
“Kosmocell” will also raise charges against TRA on Monday. UNMIK officials did not wish to comment on this matter. UNMIK Spokesman Neeraj Singh said that he is not aware of any charges. EU Pillar IV Spokeswoman Angela Griep is not aware of them either, reported newspapers in Kosovo
