Prishtinë, Feb 23, 2006 – The Macedonian company Makos and the Maxi Market from Pristina bought the Grand and Bozur hotels in Pristina, while the Dukagjini company from Peja bought the brewery in that town, it was stated in Prishtina on February 22.
The brewery in Peja was sold for EUR11.1 million, and the buyer is obliged to invest EUR 15.2 million and employ 612 workers.
The Makos and Maxi Market bought the Grand hotel for EUR 10.7 million, and assumed the obligation to invest EUR 20.2 million and employ 800 people.
The same two companies also bought the Iliria hotel for EUR 1.6 million, accepting the obligation to invest EUR 3 million and employ 250 workers.
