Kosovo’s Privatization Agency (KPA) has announced the tender for the privatization of additional 11 socially owned enterprises in Kosovo. This is the 44th such tender in the privatization process in Kosovo.
All these companies will be privatized with the method of ‘regular spin off’, meaning that new companies will be founded and buyers do not take over any past liabilities
The deadline for pre-qualification is June 30, 2010. Date for submission of bids is July 7, 2010 while bids will be opened on the same day.
Enterprises in this privatization round are from different regions of Kosovo. Most of them are agricultural land and shops.
