With over 20 years of expertise in economic development projects SME, Durim Hoxha has a proven track record of driving impactful initiatives. As CEO and Senior Consultant at ECIKS, he has spearheaded significant projects, aimed at enhancing business support, SME digitalization and nurturing entrepreneurship. Durim has been instrumental in shaping key national strategies, including drafting Kosovo’s SME Development Strategy (2012–2016) and establishing critical business support frameworks, and institutions in Kosovo, and Turkey.

He also boasts vast experience in conducting large-scale research. Durim Hoxha also serves as a university lecturer in management, where he nurtures the next generation of leaders with his vast knowledge and practical insights into entrepreneurship, innovation, and business development.
